Upcoming Events...
Attention APHNYS Region 11 Members!
What: APHNYS Regional Historians Meeting on July 25, 2009 at 9:30 a.m. Where: “New” Victor, NY Town Hall 85 East Main Street (Rt. 96) Victor, NY 14564
Why: See Program/Agenda below
Thank You to our Host – Babette Huber, Town of Victor Historian, for arranging for the use of this excellent new facility!
I believe, we have an informative and engaging program prepared. Certainly, Dr. Judith Wellman is recognized internationally for her work and publications on early 19th Century Reform Movements and the Underground Railroad Network to Freedom. Dr. Wellman is a Quaker scholar because the Quakers were so instrumental in the many reform movements here in Central/Western NY.
Please pass this on to all town, village and city historians in your area and join us for Judy’s talk and then let’s visit some important sites near by.
Look forward to seeing you!
