Meets State's Longest-Serving Public Historian

New York State Historian Bob Weible shakes the hand of
New York State's longest continually serving Public Historian,
Barbara Bell of Region 10.  APHNYS President Carol McKenna
adds to the congratulations.  Barbara serves as Schuyler County
Historian, and has dedicated 55+ years to the people
of the Town of Reading as their Historian.
