REGION 7 SPRING MEETING, MAY 2, 2026

The Kilts Farm represents a unique collection of architecture and tools of many 18th century trades used by the Palatine German settlers to the Mohawk Valley. The Battle of Stone Arabia was fought a few miles from the Farm in 1780.

Agenda:
  • 10am - Introductions 
  • 10:30am - Overview of the Kilts Farm by Kilts volunteer staff 
  • 11am - Tours of the buildings in the complex, including the 1835-1845 White Greek Revival house, blacksmith shop, shoe shop, new world Dutch barn, cemetery and red farm house
  • Noon - Lunch on your own at the White Greek Revival house
  • 12:30ish - Continue tours of the buildings
  • 1:30ish - Gather at the White Greek Revival house for any Q & A and wrap-up
